It is a measurement based on the assumption that a person's weight is proportional to his height and weight.
In addition, this app can calculate your ideal body weight (IBW) and determine your weight category, based on the BMI. The calculation of IBW depends on your height and gender. The five formulas that this app uses to calculate IBW are:

Age
Body fat percentage
The result of the calculation will be the weight in kg and the height in meters for the given gender and age.

The result will be a number between 18.5 and 24.9.
